Facial Massage & Nervous System Support
Facial massage is a core part of my practice. Techniques such as lymphatic drainage, gua sha, and facial cupping are thoughtfully integrated into treatments to support circulation, reduce tension, and encourage the skin’s natural detoxification process. These modalities not only enhance skin health but also promote relaxation and nervous system regulation, allowing the skin to respond more effectively to treatment.
