By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and intentional experience for every clients.

All appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. Booking in advance ensures your time is reserved and allows me to be properly prepared for a safe, calm, and uninterrupted experience.
New clients are encouraged to begin with a Virtual Consultation of In-person Consultation + Customized Facial for a proper assessment and personalized care.
Clients must be 18 years or older to book services.

A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required for all in-studio appointments to secure your spot.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service. No refunds are issued.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will berequired to rebook.
No shows may be charged the full service amount and restricted from future bookings.

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communication from Pure Skin by Renee, you agree to receive text messages related to reminders, skincare education, promotions and updates.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of SMS communication by replying STOP at any time.
Pure Skin by Renee reserves the right to modify or discontinue SMS communication at any time without prior notice.

Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other clients.
Full service pricing still applies.
Virtual appointments start at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may not extend beyond the booked slot.

Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, skin treatments, and allergies prior to your appointment. This ensures safe, tailored, and appropriate care.

Pure Skin by Renee maintains a calm, intentional environment. Disrespectful behavior, excessive lateness, or repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
